Carla Hall, co-host of ABCs Emmy award winning series The Chew, and owner of Carla Hall’s Southern Kitchen will be returning to her hometown of Nashville to host an old fashioned community dinner on the ground at Green Door Gourmet! This is a family friendly event based on traditional southern Sunday supper and soul food cuisine. This event will take place in Green Door Gourmet’s beautiful Grand Barn and will feature live music from the Music City Doughboys.
“VIP Meet and Greet” with Carla Hall begins at 5:00pm. VIPs will receive a signed copy of one of Carla’s books.

Master mandolin player Roland White is teaming up with Alan Munde, one of the best-loved banjo players in the world for a night of bluegrass at Green Door Gourmet!
Roland White has played in some of the most influential and popular groups in the bluegrass music’s history including Bill Monroe and Lester Flatt. In 1989 Roland joined Nashville Bluegrass Band, who distinguished themselves as the premier bluegrass band of their generation, winning two Grammy Awards and Grammy nominations on all of their albums. Roland has been honored by SPBGMA and IBMA for his achievements and contributions to bluegrass music.
A master of both melodic and traditional Scruggs styles of playing, Alan Munde has played professionally for over 40 years. He has performed extensively throughout the United States, Canada, and abroad. Long admired for his creative mastery of adapting fiddle tunes to the banjo, Alan’s vast repertoire ranges from standard bluegrass and Texas swing to gospel, jazz and original compositions. In 2008 he and his longtime partner Joe Carr were presented with the IBMA Lifetime Achievement Award.
