Chinese New Year's Dinner

The traditional Chinese New Year's Dinner always falls on the eve of the new year, rich in historical, culinary traditions surrounding it! Join us on Monday, January 31st to ring in the Year of the Tiger with seven courses featuring the 7 Lucky Foods to bring upon all the luck, fortune and wealth for the year ahead. 

Monday, January 31st starting at 6pm

MENU:

1st course - Tiger Rolls, spring rolls with gdg tiger sauce

2nd course: Trio of Dumplings with dipping sauces

3rd course: Sweet & Sour Chicken with nian gao

4th course: Good Fortune Salad with sweet rice balls

5th course: Longevity Noodles with tiger prawns

6th course: Sesame Sizzled Whole Fish with cabbage, ginger, shiitakes, tiger salad
