Garlic Dinner

Join us for an evening of our first garlic dinner showcasing this farm-grown delight in a true farm-to-table fashion...no vampires here!!!

Green Door Gourmet's Culinary team will present a delicious, served buffet of dishes that feature not only garlic, but also elements of fine local produce.

Vegetarian options will be included on the buffet.  

MENU:

Parmesan Garlic Flatbread with fennel, sausage   

Peach Caprese with mozzarella, basil, balsamic

Roasted Garlic Rosemary Chicken

Steamed Mussels with tomatoes, chili, wine

Fresh Cucumbers with fennel, dill, ajo blanco sauce

Mushrooms and LInguine in a garlic cream sauce

Honey Garlic Olive Oil Cake

Wine will be available by the glass or bottle for purchase before dinner.
