Local Farm Box Dinner - Sorghum

Join us for an evening highlighting the sorghum in a true farm-to-table fashion!

Green Door Gourmet's Culinary team will present a delicious, served buffet of dishes that features the sorghum that we grow, harvest, press and cook right here on the farm! Vegetarian options will be included in the buffet. 

Are you familiar with sorghum? This is a great way to learn more about how to use it and its flavor profiles! 

MENU:

Rosemary Foccocia with Sorghum Butter

Grilled Sweet Potato, Whipped Feta, Sorghum Walnuts

Red Russian Kale, Sorghum Balsamic Viniagrette, Roasted Beets,  Orange Segments,  Spiced Pepita

Sorghum "Kung Pao" Brussel Sprouts with GDG Peanuts and Chilies

Sorghum Glazed Winter Squash with Pickled Collard Greens

Herb Crusted Pork with Apple Sorghum Chutney

Wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
