Gather around the grill and learn how to make some street-style roasted corn! Paired with a trio of pico de gallo, this vegetarian dish is a must-try for a taste of the flavors of Mexico! The class will be taught by Chef Karla Ruiz, local caterer and Mexican-inspired cooking guru.

In addition to street corn, Karla will be making Mexican salsa recipes using local tomatoes, corn and watermelon. She will also be making a Mexican salad using local ingredients as well as mini margaritas!
