Nina, co-owner of Galena Garlic, joined her Father, Laszlo Marton, in running Galena Garlic which started in a small town in Illinois in 2003. Since then, they’ve grown to four retail locations including their latest store front in East Nashville. They grow garlic at two farms in Illinois as well as Corner Spring Farm in Portland, TN and their very own, Tiny Roots Farm in Clarkrange, TN.
Aside from their passion for growing garlic, the father-daughter team strives to make home cooking, simple, easy and full proof with their line of blends and seasonings which has grown to a collection of over 300 flavors. With everything from BBQ rubs to bread dipping blends, curry blends to salad toppers, they have something you’re sure to love.
In this Salt Free cooking class, Nina will feature their Salt Free line of seasonings which include over 50 different flavors to make your meals taste great, without the salt.
Salt-free appetizers and recipe booklets will be provided along with a take-home salt free seasoning from Galena Garlic!
