Wellness Wednesday - $5 Barre in the Barn

Bar Method Nashville is back to lead another Bar Express class upstairs in our Grand Barn!

Bar Express is a supercharged 45 minute class to get you sculpted in less time. You will begin class with a warm-up, upper-body exercises, and push-ups in the center of the room, followed by a sequence of leg and seat work at the "barre," and core exercises on the floor. This fast paced experience will challenge students of all levels. Bar Express incorporates The Bar Method's signature attention to safety, technique, and muscle toning exercises.
