Tonight's OrangeTheory Fitness class is FREE on the farm! Join us and Nashville West's Coach Rachel for a High Intensity Fitness Class at 6pm in our Grand Barn!
OrangeTheory Fitness describes the classes as a use of intervals involving strengthening and cardiovascular exercises. No two exercises during the session are the same, which ensures that all of your muscle groups are exercised.
Participants will receive a another FREE session at OrangeTheory's Nashville West location.
Our farm market will be open until 7:30pm with vendors from Golden Apothecary, Qwania Dixon's Holistic Health, and Erin Tawlks (hand massages) and Chiro 4 All! Our very own Chef Richard will be sampling some of his healthy food options to pair with our Mimosa and Wine bar!
