Power Vinyasa yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This class will feature a festive holiday playlist in our decorated Grand Barn!
Kyla will be our instructor for this class. She began attending yoga classes regularly 4 years ago and fell in love with the way yoga connected her to her mind, body, and spirit. Yoga opened up a world of possibility, and the desire to share this revelation drove her to become a teacher.
