Tonight's OrangeTheory Fitness class is just $5 on the farm! Join us and OTF Nashville West for a High Intensity Fitness Class at 6pm in our Grand Barn!

OrangeTheory Fitness describes the classes as a use of intervals involving strengthening and cardiovascular exercises. No two exercises during the session are the same, which ensures that all of your muscle groups are exercised.

Participants will receive a FREE session at OrangeTheory's Nashville West location.

Our Farm Market will be open until 7:30pm for your shopping enjoyment!
